NO. all warehouse mystery boxes are made up of designs and garments from the past and present. You may have seen them but you may not own them. if you get something you already own please gift it to someone or keep it as a back up!

Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box Items?

Sorry, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of any mystery box items, due to the nature of the product and it’s constant change. All Mystery Boxes are final sale items. no retuns or exchanges.

How long will it take to receive my Mystery Box?

Typically mystery boxes take 2-4 days to be processed and will be shipped priority within 3-4 days.

Can I use a discount code or rewards for this purchase?

Promo codes or rewards points will not be applied as this is already a heavily discounted item. please do not try to use a code as it will replace the mystery box automatic code and change your price.

is this the last mystery box ever?

there is a very good chane that these will be the last ever mystery boxes.

If i order 2 or more mystery boxes, will i get different items?

maybe. the boxes are packed full of random items and it is likely that each box will vary but some could be the same.

will i get them before christmas?

the cut-off for shipping in order to arrive by christmas is deember 17th at 11:59pm eastern. if this is going to be a gift make sure you order before then, if it is not a gift then no need to worry.

Do I get Free Shipping on the Mystery Box?

No. there is a flat rate for each tier of mystery box, thank you for understanding that the value is so huge that we can not offer free shipping as well.
