Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box Items?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of any mystery box items, due to the nature of the product and it’s constant change. All Mystery Boxes are final sale items.
How long will it take to receive my Mystery Box?
Typically mystery boxes take 2-4 days to be processed and will be shipped priority within 3-4 days. (unless you pay for expedited shipping)
Can I use a discount code or rewards for this purchase?
Promo codes or rewards points will not be applied as this is already a heavily discounted item.
How often does the Mystery Box Change?
There is a limited number of this Mystery Box and when it is sold out it will be gone for good and a new Mystery Box will be released.
If i order 2 mystery boxes, will i get different items?
No.Ordering multiple Mystery Boxes will NOT get you different items in each box - there is only ONE style mystery box at this time. If you order 2 mystery boxes you will get 2 of each of the same mystery box. Do NOT order more than one if you do not want duplicate items!
Will I receive items I already own?
