- International returns/exchanges require you to purchase the return/exchange shipping label.
BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK TO US, PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET:
- • Product(s) must be free of Cigarette Smoke + Pet Hair
- • Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and without damage
- • Product(s) must be returned complete with all parts and accessories.
- • Product(s) can be sent back in the packaging it arrived in, or you can purchase return packaging at your own cost.
- • Product(s) must be returned within Thirty (30) business days of your order being fulfilled.
- • If you're returning multiple items from the same order #, please return ALL items in one shipment.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, Beautiful Disaster will refund the value of the returned product(s), less any original shipping costs. Beautiful Disaster will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request (within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund) that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received. Your written request must also indicate your agreement to pay for return shipping and your method of payment for such shipping. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within this thirty-day period, you authorize the provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.
